I looked, who of the staff of the VGM lives in Heemstede and found: P. M. Vellekoop, Offenbachlaan 67, 2102ZP, Heemstede, 023-5746355 I think that P. M. Vellekoop is the same as Marije Vellekoop . Some info from Christie's: "The Van Gogh Museum is considered at the authority in the field of Van Gogh and according to internal poilcy, Christieâ??™s can only put up the paintings for auction when the proof of authenticity of the paintings is issued by the Van Gogh Museum."
