Craig is married to my niece Ilona (formerly Scotton).  They live in 
Sydney, but I do not know their address.  However, you could get in touch 
with him C/o Ilona's father (and my brother) Dr Hugh Scotton, of 116 Henry

I know nothing of Craig's parents, except that they migrated to South 
Australia from South Africa.
