LEIBBRANDT, Professor George - PhD Theoretical Physics (McGill), Department of Mathematics and Statistics, University of Guelph. Suddenly, on Tuesday, April 3, 2001, at Guelph General Hospital, in his 64th year. Beloved husband of Martha Cecily C. (nee Clarke); father of Martha Elisabeth I. (Christopher Atkinson), George Alexander (Antoinette) and Sylvia Margaret V. and grandfather of Sephton Alexander Leibbrandt and Evelyn Coventry Ruth Atkinson. Sadly missed by brother, Wolfram (Elizabeth); nephews, Kevin and Scott and niece, Christina. Visitation at the Wall-Custance Funeral Home & Chapel, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, Friday, April 6 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to be held in the funeral home chapel, Saturday, April 7 (today) at 11 a.m. (Reception following).
